If your employee also has access to Atlas as a User, then they can reset their passwords themselves following this guide. However, in certain situations such as when they've set up the app on a new phone, they may still require your assistance.
How to Send a Password Reset Email:
Select Employees > Manage from the left-hand navigation menu.
Click the View icon next to the employee you wish to assist.
In the employee's profile, select the Administration tab.
Under Admin details, click on the Reset button.
IMPORTANT: For security purposes, you may be asked to complete a reCAPTCHA verification before being allowed to complete the password reset process.
What to do if the email address is incorrect
If the email address that is currently on the employee's profile is not up to date, then this will need to be changed before sending a password reset. Please refer to this article for steps needed to do this.
