How do I invite an employee to Atlas scheduling by e-mail?

Individual invitation when creating a profile

When creating a new employee from the Add employee workflow, the welcome e-mail to Atlas is triggered once the employee record is created. To complete the employee record creation, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the employee is a user and can log in.

  2. If they do not already have access to Atlas, you can select New user. If the employee already has a user profile, click Existing user and enter their e-mail to link them.

  3. Click Save.

Completing these steps triggers the invitation to the user's e-mail address, prompting them to set their password to log into Atlas.


Individual invitation from the employees list

To invite an employee through e-mail, you can also follow these instructions to reset their password:

  1. Click Employees > Manage > eye icon next to the employee.

2. Click the Administration tab.

3. Click the Reset button.


Mass invitation to all employees

It's possible to send an invitation to all employees who are waiting to log in for the first time:

  1. Click Company > Users.

  2. Click on the Actions button.

  3. Select Bulk password reset.

  4. Tick Select all.

  5. Click Reset.
