How do I change an email address?

What to do if I would like to update another User's email address to access Atlas.

Administrators can change the email address other Users in the Atlas Platform, including their own. This will affect how the User logs into Atlas, as well as where they receive platform notifications to.


To change an email address on the web application:

  1. Click on the Atlas logo in the top-left of the screen

  2. In the Navigation bar, click on Company > Users

  3. Locate the user entry, click the Action icon and select 'View/Edit User Details'

  4. Update the email address under the Platform access section

  5. and click the Save button.

A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address, confirming that this will be the email they can use to sign in and that their password remains the same.

IMPORTANT: It can take up to 5 minutes to receive the confirmation email.
