You can reset passwords for multiple employees at once using the Bulk Password Reset feature in Atlas. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and secure process.

Steps to Perform a Bulk Password Reset

  1. Access User Management

    • Click Dashboard > Users from the menu.

  2. Initiate Bulk Password Reset

    • Click on Actions (...) in the top right corner.

    • Choose Bulk Password Reset from the dropdown menu.

  3. Filter Users

    • Use the filter to select either:

      • Users with email

      • Users without email

    • Choose the appropriate group based on your needs.

  4. Select Users

    • Select all users you want to reset passwords for.

  5. Reset Passwords

    • Click Reset to reset the passwords for the selected users.

    • Set new passwords as required.

  6. Notify Users

    • Communicate the new passwords to the affected users.

    • Make sure they know how to log in with the new credentials.

  7. User Action Required

    • When users log in, Atlas will prompt them to change their password for security.

Important Notes

  • Always inform users about password changes to avoid confusion.

  • Encourage users to set strong, unique passwords when prompted.
