You can reset passwords for multiple employees at once using the Bulk Password Reset feature in Atlas. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and secure process.
Steps to Perform a Bulk Password Reset
Access User Management
Click Dashboard > Users from the menu.
Initiate Bulk Password Reset
Click on Actions (...) in the top right corner.
Choose Bulk Password Reset from the dropdown menu.
Filter Users
Use the filter to select either:
Users with email
Users without email
Choose the appropriate group based on your needs.
Select Users
Select all users you want to reset passwords for.
Reset Passwords
Click Reset to reset the passwords for the selected users.
Set new passwords as required.
Notify Users
Communicate the new passwords to the affected users.
Make sure they know how to log in with the new credentials.
User Action Required
When users log in, Atlas will prompt them to change their password for security.
Important Notes
Always inform users about password changes to avoid confusion.
Encourage users to set strong, unique passwords when prompted.
