How to Reset Your Atlas Password Using a Verification Code
You can reset your Atlas password quickly by following these steps.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Enter your email and click continue
Click Forgot password? under the login page.
Enter the email address you use for your Atlas account and press Continue.
You will receive a 6-digit verification code by email. IMPORTANT: Validation codes are valid for 10 minutes after the email is sent.
Confirm your new password.
Troubleshooting Tips
Use the most recent verification code email. Older codes may not work.
If you do not receive the email:
Check your junk or spam folder.
Try another email address you may have used for Atlas.
If you still do not receive any emails, please contact your manager or service owner
