Reactivating an employee
Why reactivate?
If ever an employee comes back after being archived and needs to be scheduled, instead of "re-creating" them, it is possible to reinstate their account with all their information saved.
To do so you must follow these steps :
Go to the Employees option.
Select Manage.
Change the filter to Former employee.
Find the employee in the list and click on view (pink eye icon)
Click in the Administration tab.
6. Click the End Employment switch.
7. You can now choose to reactivate the employee today or at a later date.
If you decide to reactivate the profile now, select today's date, click Next and fill out the following job details.
To complete the process, click Update.
This way, the employee will receive an invitation to join your organization once again.
Note : The moment an employee is reactivated, they gain access to your Atlas Scheduling organization as their previous Atlas Scheduling role.
Note 2: If the invitation was not sent to the employee while reactivating the profile, you can always send it later on following these steps: Individual invitation from the employees list
Protip: You can reactivate an employee in advance if required! Just choose a date in the future from the calendar.
