Why do I see a former employee in the Schedule?

What to do if a former employee is still appearing in your schedule

You've ended employment with an employee in Atlas, but they're still visible on the Schedule - the article below will explain why this happens and how to check when they disappear completely.


1 - Check termination date

To find out an employee's termination date, and when he or she will disappear from the schedule, you first need to check the date on which he or she was archived, or is scheduled to be archived.

To find your employee's termination date, you need to;

1 - Click on the Employees > Manage

2 - Change the filter from Active to Former employee

3 - Select the user and go to their profile

4 - Click Timeline

5 - Click on the blue End of employment button

6 - The employee's Termination date will show here

🚨 When you have set an employee as a former employee, they will remain visible in the week which they were set, with the word “Archived” in orange, then disappear the following week.

Example: If Helen was set as a former employee on June 2 and the first day of your week is a Monday, they will disappear on Monday.
