How to cancel a scheduled employee termination / departure

How to cancel a termination you've set for the future which is no longer needed.

It may happen that a termination date changes or that the employee decides not to leave. In the event that a termination date is entered but you wish to remove it so that the user is not set as a former employee, here's how to do it.


1 - Click Employees > Manage > employee view (pink eye icon) > Administration

2 - Turn off the End employment toggle

3 - Fill out the following details ensuring reinstate date is accurate

4 - Click Next

5 - Ensure the Job details are correct

6 - Click Update
