How to archive or remove an employee from your Atlas Scheduling account

If one of your employees leaves temporarily or permanently, you can set them as a leave on their profile.

How to archive/remove an employee?

To archive or remove an employee, you must set them as a leaver on the Atlas platform:

  1. Click Employees > Manage

  2. Find the employee in the list and click on the pink view button to the right of their name

  3. Click on the Administration tab

  4. Turn on the End employment toggle, and where appropriate set Access to Atlas to Inactive (see below for notice period)


Now or later?

You will then be prompted to decide if you want to end employment today or on a future date. This could be useful if the employee have given you a notice. To do so, choose the Termination date by clicking on the calendar icon.

Note : At midnight of the termination date, the employee will lose all access to your Atlas Scheduling. Their future recurring shifts will be canceled. Their past historic information will still be accessible directly in the Schedule or via exports.
