There are many reasons why you may not be able to log in. This article explains what the causes might be and how to correct the problem in different situations.
1. Wrong login page
The most common reason that someone is unable to log in is that they are on the wrong login page. See How do I log in?
2. Incorrect Credentials
The next most common issue is that the username/email or password being entered is incorrect. Check the "To" field of the last email you received from Atlas to confirm the email address being used.
If you've checked your mail, and you haven't received an email from Atlas, this is not the correct email. If you are unsure which email might have been used, speak to your manager or administrator for help.
3. You do not receive a password reset email
There are 4 possibilities:
It can take up to 5 minutes to receive the password reset email.
The password reset email is in your junk mail box.
You have entered the wrong email.
You have not yet accepted the invitation to join the organization, and you need to speak to your manager or administrator.
