Where do I log in?
Legacy: If your organization's HR membership began before February 2026, you need to log in to our legacy HR platform, which you can do here: https://app.hrdownloads.com/login
Atlas: If you want to access Atlas Safety, or your organization started a new membership February 2026 or later, you will log in here : https://www.atlas-hub.ca
For clients on our Legacy platform:
Access to login page here: https://app.hrdownloads.com/login
Enter your email address and password and click sign in.
If you get the following error message: "Your login attempt failed, incorrect username and/or password. If you joined Citation from 2026 or use our H&S product, you will need to use Atlas App here instead" you can reset your password:
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address.
Click Send me the reset Link
For clients on Atlas:
If you are logging into Atlas for the first time
You will receive an email from [email protected] containing instructions on how to log in.
From this email, you can click "Set my password & Log in" and follow the on screen prompts.
This email includes a helpful reminder to bookmark this page so that you remember where to go the next time you need to log in.
If you have logged in before, please use the appropriate link from the top of the page.
If you need help logging in, you can click the pink speech bubble in the bottom right, which will provide on screen instructions, or refer to this article with instructions on how to do a password reset.
If the above steps do not work:
