Where do I log in?
Legacy: If your organization's HR membership began before February 2026, you need to log into our legacy HR platform, which you can do here: https://app.hrdownloads.com/login.
Atlas: If you have been migrated to Atlas, or want to log into Atlas Safety (or if your organization started a new membership in February 2026 or later), you will log in here: https://www.atlas-hub.ca.
For clients on our Legacy platform
Access the login page here: https://app.hrdownloads.com/login
Enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
If you get this error message, "Your login attempt failed, incorrect username or password. If you joined Citation from 2026 or use our H&S product, you will need to use Atlas App here instead," you can reset your password:
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your e-mail address.
Click Send me the reset link.
For clients on Atlas
If you're logging into Atlas for the first time:
You'll receive an e-mail from [email protected] with the subject line "Welcome to Atlas! Log in and explore," which contains instructions on how to log in.
From this e-mail, you can click Set my password and log in and follow the on-screen prompts which will:
Take you to a page which will send a one time verification code by email, which will have the subject line "Verification number from Atlas."
Ask you to input the verification number you received on the page to set your password, and redirect you to log in with your new credentials for the first time.

Allow your browser to save your password
Bookmark this page rather than using email for your password reset.
