Where do I log in?
Legacy: If your organization's HR membership began before February 2026, you need to log into our legacy HR platform, which you can do here: https://app.hrdownloads.com/login.
Atlas: If you want to access Atlas Safety, or if your organization started a new membership in February 2026 or later, you will log in here: https://www.atlas-hub.ca.
For clients on our legacy platform
Access the login page here: https://app.hrdownloads.com/login
Enter your e-mail address and password and click sign in.
If you get this error message, "Your login attempt failed, incorrect username or password. If you joined Citation from 2026 or use our H&S product, you will need to use Atlas App here instead," you can reset your password:
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your e-mail address.
Click Send me the reset link.
For clients on Atlas
If you're logging into Atlas for the first time:
You'll receive an e-mail from [email protected] containing instructions on how to log in.
From this e-mail, you can click Set my password and log in and follow the on-screen prompts.
This e-mail includes a helpful reminder to bookmark this page so that you remember where to go the next time you need to log in.
If you've logged in before, please use the appropriate link from the top of the page.
If you need help logging in, you can click the pink speech bubble at the bottom right, which will provide on-screen instructions, or refer to this article with instructions on how to do a password reset.
