Administrators can change the e-mail address other users user with the Atlas platform, including their own. This affects how the user logs into Atlas, as well as where they receive platform notifications.
To change an e-mail address on the web application:
Click on the Atlas logo in the top-left of the screen.
In the navigation bar, click on Company > Users.
Locate the user entry, click the action icon, and select View or edit user details.
Update the e-mail address under the Platform access section.
Click the Save button.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the new e-mail address, confirming that this will be the e-mail they can use to sign in and that their password remains the same.
Important: It can take up to five minutes to receive the confirmation e-mail.
