What happens if I keep getting error messages trying to log in?

Error Messages and Account Lockouts

  • If you exceed the number of allowed attempts, wait 10–15 minutes before trying again.

  • If you see ‘Your Account is Locked’:

    • Reach out to support.

  • Access removed by your Service owner

    • Contact your service owner or manager to have them to restore your access.

  • Incorrect details.

    • Check these and re-enter and try again. Click show password check box on login page to check password is correct.
