Steps to regain access

  1. Try logging in with any other e-mail addresses you may have used.

  2. If you cannot access your account, contact your service owner or manager.

    • Provide your full name, previous e-mail address, and any relevant details.

    • Explain that you no longer have access to your registered e-mail.

  3. If needed, your service owner can reach out to Atlas support with this information.
