Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Start the Password Reset
From Atlas' login page, click the ‘reset password’ link under the login section.
2. Enter Your Email Address
Type in the email address you use to log into Atlas.
Submit your email address.
3. Get Your Verification Code
Check your email inbox for a message with a 6-digit verification code.
If you do not receive the email:
Check your junk or spam folder.
Try entering another email address you may have used with Atlas.
If you still do not receive the code, contact us using the chat function.
4. Make It Easier on Mobile Devices
Enable pop-ups in your device settings.
This lets you view the code in your email notification without closing Atlas.
5. If You Exceed the Attempt Limit
If you try too many times, you must wait 10–15 minutes before trying again.
6. If Your Account Gets Locked
If you see a message saying ‘Your Account is Locked’:
Take a screenshot of the message.
Reach out to your Service owner or manager
