Steps to Regain Access

  1. Try logging in with any other email addresses you may have used.

  2. If you cannot access your account, contact your Service owner or manager.

    • Provide your full name, previous email address, and any relevant details.

    • Explain that you no longer have access to your registered email.

  3. If needed, your Service owner can reach out to Atlas Support with this information.

Tips

  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional information from Support.

  • Update your email address in Atlas as soon as you regain access.
