If your employees use computers at work, you can allow them to clock directly from their Atlas Scheduling page. You can additionally restrict this capacity only to certain networks based on IP addresses.

Allow clocking in from a computer

  1. While in Atlas Scheduling, click Settings from the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the Attendance option from the menu.

  3. Under Clocking, toggle on Enable clocking on a computer.

Restrict to certain networks

Once you save, the system lets you restrict the ability to clock from the web app based on IP address by clicking Yes. If you click No, employees can clock from any network. You can change this later.

If you select Yes, Atlas asks whether you wish to use your current network as a quick step. You can add more networks later.

Manage authorized networks

An administrator can add or remove authorized networks from the Attendance menu under Authorized networks.

If you've restricted clocking from the web app to certain networks, you can track when employees clock from an unauthorized network using the clock log. You will then know whether some networks need to be added.
