Has your computer-installed time clock shut down or doesn't seem to be working, and your employees can't clock in and out? Here's how to fix it.
Log in to Atlas by entering your email address and password.
From the left-hand navigation bar, select Atlas Scheduling.
Click on the Attendance tab on the left.
Click the Fixed terminals tab at the top of the screen
Click on Actions icon to the right of the terminal you wish to open
Click on Open this terminal.
The terminal will then reopen and employees can clock in and out as usual.
IMPORTANT: Depending on your organization's settings, you may not have access to open a terminal. If you are unable to do so, please refer to an account Administrator.
