Atlas Scheduling offers multiple ways of clocking to suit the reality of your business, whether you have a fixed-location business, mobile employees, or remote employees.

A fixed terminal is an interface that lets employees clock in and out with a personal PIN found under their profile.

This can be set up in the web browser of a PC or by installing the Atlas Time Clock app on a mobile device. This app is available through Google Play for Android and the App store for Apple (iOS).

The Atlas Scheduling app that is available on both Google Play for Android and the App store for Apple (iOS) lets employees clock in and out if you've enabled this feature in your settings.

You can also set clocking to be geofenced, ensuring that employees are onsite to clock in or out.

Clocking in and out on a computer is easy. Employees simply log into Atlas and access Atlas Scheduling from the left navigation bar. You can define authorized IP addresses to ensure employees are accessing through authorized networks.

You can also give your employees access to manually input their hours in their time sheets through the website or the mobile app.
