How to set overtime thresholds for specific employees

How to set a different overtime threshold for an employee

If some employees have a different time threshold than the one set in the organization settings, you can set this in the employee's Scheduling profile.

To do this:

  1. Click Scheduling > HR > Employees > select the employee.

  2. Click Settings

  3. Activate Override organization overtime settings

  4. Enter the hours threshold

  5. Save

This is the value that will be taken into account when calculating overtime and automatically adjusting recuperation time banks.
