It is possible to manage employee's overtime with time banks in Rotas and Workforce Management. You will be able to bank your employee's worked time and use those hours at a later date so they can be used to recuperate their hours as time-off or paying them out, by example.

Additionally, your employees will have access to their own time bank balance in the App.

N.B.: You must be Admin or Manager in order to manage time banks.
