How do I add my employee's hire (start) date?

Would you like to add a new hire date to your employee's file?

Employee data is mastered in Atlas. To update follow the steps below to add or modify the start date in your employee's profile.


1 - Add a start date via the individual profile

Here's how to add a start date:

  1. Click Employees > Manage and click the employee view (eye) icon

  2. Click on the Job tab

  3. Then Update in the top right

  4. Click the Calendar icon next to "Seniority or service start date" and select correct date.

  5. Update


2 - Add a hire date when creating a new employee

When adding an employee, you can add the Seniority or service start date on step 2 of the window that opens
