The article below explains why an archived employee appears in the Attendance tab, and when they will no longer be visible.
1 - Check the period in which the user has been archived
You've found the archiving date for the employee in question, but don't know when he or she will completely disappear from the timesheets? You can first check in which period the archiving was done.
To check when the employee will no longer be visible following archiving;
1 - Go to the Attendance tab
2 - Check the dates of the current period
🚨 When you archive a user, they will remain visible in the pay period in which they were archived, with the words “Archived” in orange, then disappear from the next one.
Example: If Alex was archived on December 4 and your pay period runs from November 24 to December 7, he will disappear on December 8.
