Where to create your employee's schedules and examine the labour costs.

Attendance

The attendance menu allows you to save and correct your employees' timesheets, to export payrolls, and to manage fixed terminals and time banks.


HR

This menu has a couple submenus:

Employees

Where to manage profiles, positions, find their time and attendance PIN, edit their availability, and customize their settings.

High Fives

Send high fives to colleagues!

Surveys

Send surveys to your employees


Time off

Allows you to manage all your employee's requests. There are four categories:


Messenger

Communication channel that allows you to message a user privately or start a real-time group chat. More to discover in this article!


Newsfeed

Communication channel where you can create threads and find out whether employees have read them. Useful for announcements or internal policies!


Reports

Allows you to export planned and actual data. You will need to choose your report category once on this page. All information can be segmented by position, location, and personalized period.


Resources

Complementary menu that lets you manage and assign workplaces or equipment to work shifts and use geolocated clocking from the Atlas Scheduling app.


Settings

Gives access to all organizational settings.
