The News Feed is a tool allowing you to publish various communications to your staff. News Feed threads can contain attachments like PDF, Photos, Spreadsheets that will remain available as long as you don't archive the thread or put an end date to it.
Only an admin, manager or supervisor can create a thread on the News Feed.
1) Create a thread
Click on the "News" tab in the Rotas and Workforce Management main menu
Click on "Create a thread"
2) Write your thread
Thread information
Title (Mandatory)
Audience (locations, positions, specific employees)
Thread
Write your message and, if necessary, include attachments and photos.
Thread status
Determine when you'd like the thread to be published, and whether it should have an end date.
Categories
Determine in which category this publication should be classified.
Publication options
Select whether you wish to activate one of the following options:
Sticky: If you check this option, the message will always appear at the top of the message list.
Commentable Allows employees to comment.

And finish by clicking on "Publish thread".

You can also click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the thread to;
Modify the thread
Pin the thread
Print/export the thread
View activity log
Archive the thread
