Clocking in with your phone is possible if your manager has enabled it.
Important: We never follow your GPS position. Atlas scheduling takes a snapshot of your position at the precise moment you clock in or out, not before or after.
What you need to clock
Your mobile device (phone or tablet).
Internet access (network or Wi-Fi).
The Atlas Scheduling app.
Clocking in and out
Go to the Overview screen, click on the Clock button.
You will be geofenced and be able to clock in if you are onsite (depending on your organization's settings, you might not need to be in a specific radius).
Click on Clock in in order to clock the beginning of your shift.
To clock for your break or end of shift, repeat the steps and select Unpaid break or Leaving work.
Important: You can leave a note for your manager for anything relevant to your clocking, such as being late.
What if I'm outside a geofenced location?
If your organization has enabled it, you can clock out of Atlas while outside the geofenced area. However, you must provide the following additional information:
Actual clock out time.
Why you clocked out outside this area.
If your organization has not enabled this feature, then you cannot clock out. We recommend contacting your manager.
Verifying timesheets
You can verify your clocked hours in the Attendance menu found at the bottom of your screen.
