What to do when you can't see your rota

There may be several reasons why you can't see your rota.

This article explains the causes and how to correct the situation!


1- Rota not published

The most frequent reason why you can't consult your rota is that it hasn't been published.

Check with your manager to make sure it has been published correctly on their side, so that it becomes visible on yours.


2- You have two employers and are in the wrong organisation

To view your rota, make sure you're in the right organisation in the top left-hand corner. You can check switch to the desired organisation like so:


3- A false account has been created in error

Sometimes, when you want to accept an invitation, you mistakenly create an account as an employer, rather than joining your organisation as an employee.

A quick way to validate this is to check that you have access to the “Settings” tab in the main menu. If you're not supposed to manage the organisation and you see this tab, you've created an account by mistake.

Ask your manager to resend you the invitation, and once you've received it, you can go to “My invitations” and accept it.

To keep only the correct organisation, delete the organisation created by mistake by going to ''Settings'' -> ''General'' -> and ''Permanently delete''.

This will avoid any future confusion.
