There may be several reasons why your employees can't see their rota.
This article explains how to remedy the situation.
1- Rota not published
The most common reason why employees are unable to view their rota is that it has not been published.
Validate if you see the words "Unpublished" in the right-hand corner of the employee's shifts.
If this is the case, simply publish your rota using the "Publish" button.
The pencil will then be replaced by an eye, which means that the schedule has been published and that your employee will be able to consult it.
2- The employee has two employers using Rotas and Workforce Management
Your employees may have more than one employer using Rotas and Workforce Management, and may be connected to their other employer and therefore unable to see the schedule you've published.
Ask them to confirm in the top left-hand corner that they are indeed connected to your organisation.
3- The employee has a duplicate account created by mistake
Some employees may mistakenly have had a duplicate employee record created in Atlas without key details assigned, such as a department/location.
It is important that only one employee has one employee record created on Atlas to avoid any issues viewing the rota in Rotas & Workforce Management.
To remove an employee record, head to:
Employees/workers > Manage
Click the pink "view" button next to the duplicate employee record
3. Click into the "Administration" tab and click Remove
This will avoid any future confusion.
