Pop-up blockers in browsers like Samsung Internet or Mozilla Firefox can prevent Atlas training modules from opening. Follow these steps to allow pop-ups on your device.
For Samsung Internet
Open the Samsung Internet app.
Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the bottom-right corner.
Tap Settings.
Tap Sites and downloads.
Tap Block pop-ups.
Make sure Block pop-ups is turned off.
For Mozilla Firefox on mobile
Open the Firefox app.
Tap the Menu button (three dots) in the bottom-right corner.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down to Privacy and security.
Tap Enhanced tracking protection.
Make sure Pop-up blocker is turned off.
For other browsers
Look for settings related to Pop-ups or Site permissions in your browser’s settings menu.
Turn off any option that blocks pop-ups.
