How to allow pop-ups on Apple devices (iPhone and iPad)

Scroll down and tap Apps &gt; Safari.

Make sure the following settings are turned off:

- Block pop-ups
- Block all cookies (in advanced tab)
- Prevent cross-site tracking

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Apps &gt; Safari.
3. Make sure the following settings are turned off:

Note: The location of toggles may vary depending on iOS version. Instructions above are for iOS version 26.

After following these steps, reload your Atlas training. Your modules and documents should now open without issues.
