Overview
You can log in to Atlas on the web using your normal company credentials if your organization has enabled single sign-on (SSO).
This article explains how you log into Atlas with SSO using a web browser.
Before you start
Make sure:
Your organization has enabled SSO for Atlas.
Your Atlas account is linked to your work e-mail.
You know your usual company login details and multifactor authentication method.
If you're unsure, contact your internal IT team or system administrator.
Steps to log in with SSO
On the Atlas login screen, enter the work e-mail address associated with your Atlas account.
Depending on your organization's configuration:
If SSO is optional (not forced), you'll see login options.
Select Continue with single sign-on (SSO).
If SSO is forced, you'll be redirected directly to your organization's identity provider (IdP) login page.
On the IdP login page:
Enter your company e-mail or username.
Enter your password.
Complete any required MFA.
After successful authentication, you'll be redirected back to Atlas and logged in automatically.
What you might see
If you're already signed into your company account in the same browser, Atlas may log you in automatically after you choose SSO.
If your organization uses multiple domains, make sure you use the e-mail address that is registered in Atlas.
