A) Individual invitation when creating a profile
When creating a new employee from the Employees > Manage > Add employee, the welcome email to Atlas will be triggered once the employee record has been created. To complete the employee record creation, follow the 3 steps below:
Ensure that the employee is a user, and can log in. (Grant access to Atlas)
If they do not already have access to Atlas, you can select New User. If the employee already has a user profile already, you can click Existing User and enter their email to link them.
Click Save
This will trigger the invitation to the user's email address, prompting them to set their password to log in to Atlas.
B) Individual invitation from the employees list
To invite an employee to use Atlas Scheduling email, you can follow these instructions to reset their password:
Click Employees > Manage > eye icon next to the employee.
2. Click in the Administration tab
3. Click the Reset button
C) Send a mass invitation to all the employees
It is possible to send an invitation to all the employees who are waiting to log in for the first time, all at once:
Click Company > Users
Click on the Actions button (...)
Select Bulk password reset
Tick Select all
Click Reset
