1. Your schedule has not been published
The most frequent reason why you can't see your schedule is that your employer hasn't published it.
Check with your manager to make sure it has been published correctly on their side so that it becomes visible on yours.
2. You have two employers and are logged into the wrong organization
If you work for more than one organization, make sure you're in the right organization in the top left-hand corner. Confirm that you've used the correct login credentials for the employer whose schedule you're looking for.
