Before proceeding, here are 3 important details you must know:
By default, Atlas Scheduling assumes that you're always available to work. The availability feature allows you to indicate only your preferences (green) and unavailability (red).
Your availability can either be recurring or punctual. You just have to make sure to select the right frequency.
If you aren't available on a specific date, submitting a punctual time off request is much easier than changing your availability. To learn how to submit a time off request, refer to this article.

Submitting your availability
To submit your availability,
From the Overview page, click on your initials in the top right-hand corner
Select My availability
Select the week you wish to modify, then click on Add availability.
Click on the +"to the right of the date you wish to apply first.
Specify whether this unavailability is for a specific time or all day, and on which day(s) of the week the availability should apply.
IMPORTANT: If your managers have are asking for a notice, you may get an error message.
Options
IMPORTANT: Creating a new availability without an end date will overwrite all availability for subsequent dates. If you want to create more than one, do so in chronological order from the most immediate to the most distant.
Once the availability has been entered, click the Next step button at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the minimum and maximum number of hours you wish to work per week.
Determine whether the availability should repeat, the desired frequency and when you want the frequency to end if applicable.
Click the Submit for approval button at the bottom of the screen.
Your availability request will be submitted to your manager for approval. A notification will be sent to you as soon as your request has been assessed.
