Before proceeding, here are three important details you must know:
By default, Atlas scheduling assumes that you're always available to work. The availability feature allows you to indicate only your preferences (green) and unavailability (red).
Your availability can either be recurring or punctual. You just have to make sure to select the right frequency.
If you aren't available on a specific date, submitting a punctual time off request is much easier than changing your availability. To learn how to submit a time off request, refer to this article.
Once you've logged into your Atlas profile, select Atlas scheduling from the left-hand navigation bar. Then from the Overview page, simply click on the Add my availability box.
On the My availability page, you can make the following selections:
The week that you wish to set your availability for.
The days on which you'll be unavailable:
You can set yourself as unavailable all day or between set hours.
You can also apply this unavailability to other days of this week.
Set the recurrence for this unavailability, and whether this will end on a set date.
The minimum and maximum hours you are available this week.
Your availability request will be submitted to your manager for approval. A notification will be sent to you as soon as your request has been assessed.
