Uploading a Document

  1. Go to My Area > Documents > Company Documents.

  3. Click Add Document.

  4. A slide-out panel will open for you to add details about the document including:

    • The title of your document.

    • The category of document. IMPORTANT: This determines which folder the document will be saved in, which helps you distribute it to the right employees.

    • Whether the document can be distributed to employees

    • Whether the document is available to employees

  5. Select the file to upload.

  6. Click Add.

Distributing a Document

  1. After uploading, click Actions (...) > Distribute.

  2. Select what actions are required by the employees receiving the document:

    • No action required

    • Acknowledgement

    • Signature

  3. Choose who should receive the document, such as employees, departments or a distribution group.

  4. You can set an expiry date for the document. If setting a date, decide what should happen:

    • The document is not available to new users, but is still available to people who have access already

    • The document should be removed from all users (Recalled)

IMPORTANT: If selecting any option other than Employees, you will have the option to exclude certain employees from receiving the document.
