Your consultant is responsible for creating and updating your policy manual within the system. The initial draft will be uploaded to My area > Documents > Citation drafts.
Click the Review button to read through your policy manual and ensure you’re happy with the content.
If you need any changes, simply add your comments in the Collaboration section on the right side.
At the bottom of the Collaboration section, select your preferred next step to move the document forward.
Once you’re satisfied and the policy manual is finalized, it gets saved under My area > Documents > Company documents. From here, health and safety policy manuals are saved in the Handbooks and policies section under Health and safety documents, and HR employee handbooks are saved to the Handbooks page under Contracts and handbooks.
