Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to Your Area
Dashboard > My Area > Documents
2. Access Company Documents
Choose the ‘Company Documents’ subfolder.
3. Find and Update Your Document
Locate the document you want to update.
Click on ‘Actions’.
Select ‘Update’ from the dropdown menu.
From here you can update:
The content of the document, by uploading a replacement document
The name of the document being updated
The description
Leave notes.
Set an expiry date for the document
Adjust the category
Specify which site(s) the document it applies to.
Track the version number of the change
4. Special Document Types
Handbooks, Policies, and Contract Templates:
Only consultants can update these documents.Risk Assessments and Safe Operating Procedures:
Update these from the Health and Safety section, not from Company Documents.
5. Important Note for Health and Safety Documents
The Health and Safety document suite stores only the PDF version of live Risk assessments and Safe Operating Procedures.
