How do I remove a user in Atlas?

Before you start this activity, confirm this is the correct activity. Removing user access means that the individual will no longer be able to log in to to complete training or sign off on documents, but is still employed with your organization.

Removing a user from the Atlas Platform

  1. Find the user in the Users section:

    • Click Dashboard > Users

  2. Click Actions (...) > View or edit user details.

  3. Click Archive User in the top right corner.

  4. The user’s access will be removed and they will not receive further notifications.

Important: By removing a user, or removing an employee record you may lose records like training completions and document completions.
