How do I bulk reset passwords for users that don't have an email?

To reset passwords for non-email users complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Company > Users.

  2. Click Actions (top right) and select Bulk Password Reset.

  3. Change the filter from ‘users with email’ to ‘users without email’.

  4. Select all relevant users and click Reset.

You can now set a temporary password for these users and share it with them. When they next log in, Atlas will prompt them to create a new password.
