It is possible that some employees forget to clock in or out, resulting in missing start or end time alerts.

1- Missing start time

Employees who forget to clock in have the option of clocking in at the same time as they clock for their break or clock out.

You will then see a missing start or end alert, but the scheduled start time will be automatically added.

By clicking on the time entry, you will be informed that the employee in question had forgotten to clock in, and the time at which he or she suggests arriving will be indicated.

To accept this time as the clock-in time, click on “Accept”.

The suggested time will be used and you can approve the time entry as usual.

2- Missing end time

In the case of a missing exit, you'll get the same missing start or end alert, but you'll see that the end time will be empty.

Simply click on the time entry to add the end time manually.
