How to manage the employee alerts that you receive

Access the Notifications Tab

You can access the notifications tab from the web application on the top right of your screen, by clicking on your initials and on "My notifications".

IMPORTANT: When you receive a notification, it will include context on the situation as well as a link re-directing you to the web application.


How to receive Notifications

You can chose the preferred communication channel for your notifications. If put a tick in the option for Email, all messages will be delivered to the email address associated with your profile. If you untick this box you will not receive email communications, however you will continue to receive notifications through the Atlas Scheduling app if you have installed this on your mobile device.


Types of Notifications

Wile you will find multiple types of notifications on this page, employee-specific requests are controlled from the section Employees under my supervision.

Send me a notification when...

  • A time off request is created or canceled

  • A new availability is created

  • A new transfer request is pending approval

  • An employee applies for an open shift

  • A new comment is posted

  • A news feed thread is published

  • An employee hasn't clocked out

  • A question prevented an employee from clocking in

  • An upcoming open shift may not be filled in time
