Atlas Scheduling has a function that lets you know whether employees have seen their shifts.
For an employee to have seen their schedule, it must have been published. You must have also enabled the feature for employees to confirm their shifts by going to Settings > Scheduling > Shift settings.
Checking whether a shift has been seen and confirmed
A shift that has been seen by the assigned employee will have an eye icon in the top-right corner in the schedule.
A shift that has been both seen and confirmed will have a checkmark in the top-right corner instead.
If the eye icon is greyed and crossed through, that means the employee has not seen their shift.
Finding out when the employee saw and confirmed
Hovering your cursor over a seen or confirmed shift shows you the time of the last action.
Clicking on a seen or confirmed shift also shows this information. This is the best way to see both seen and confirmed times.
