Sometimes your employees don't see a shift you thought you'd assigned to them. Here's how to check whether the shift is still in draft or has been published.
Draft or unpublished shift
A draft shift has a dotted line around it. This means that it's not published, and therefore invisible to employees. You may also notice that a small pencil appears in the right-hand corner of the shift, with the word Unpublished.
Published shift
If the outline of the shift is in solid lines, this means that it's published. The icons in the right-hand corner inform you whether the employee has seen the shift or not.
