Atlas Scheduling has a functionality that lets you know if employees have seen the shifts created for them.
For an employee to have seen their schedule, it must have been published. You must have also enabled the feature for employees to confirm their shifts by going to Settings > Scheduling > Shift settings.
How to see if a Shift has been seen and confirmed
A shift that has been seen by the assigned employee will have an eye icon in the top-right corner in the Schedule.
A shift that has been both seen and confirmed will have a check in the top-right corner instead.
If the eye icon is greyed and crossed through, that means the employee has not seen their shift.
Find out the exact time of seeing and confirming
Hovering your cursor over a seen or confirmed shift will show you the time of the last action.
Clicking on a seen or confirmed shift as if to edit the details will also show this information. This is the best way to see both seen and confirmed times.
