How to recognise published and unpublished shifts

In this article, you'll learn how to differentiate between a shift that has been published and one that is still awaiting publication

Sometimes your employees don't see a shift you thought you'd assigned to them. Here's how to check whether the shift is still in draft or has been published.

1. Draft/Unpublished shift

A draft shift will have a dotted line around it. This means that it is not published, and therefore not yet visible to your employees. You may also notice that a small pencil appears in the right-hand corner of the shift, with the words Unpublished.

2. Published shift

If the outline of the shift is in solid lines, this means that it has been published. The icons in the right-hand corner inform you whether the employee has seen the shift or not.
