Are you assigned to a workplace but don't know exactly where it is? This article shows you how to find the address of a given resource or location.

Understanding workplace types

To direct you to the right place on a shift, here's how to tell the difference between a location and a resource.

Location: A location is generally the company's main location. A single company may have several locations (for example, Laval, Montreal, Trois-Rivières, and so on).

Resource: A resource is a specific workplace. It may be the address of a customer you have to visit, a construction site, and so on, depending on your field of employment.

Note: If a resource is indicated on your shift, it's likely that you'll have to go directly to it without going through the location. If you're unsure, you can confirm with your manager using the messenger tool.

Finding the address of a location or resource

Here's how to find your assigned workplace, whether on the web platform or the mobile application.

On the web platform

To find your assigned workplace on the web platform, follow these steps:

  1. Click the scheduled shift.

  2. Check the location address (if there is no resource).

  3. If there is a resource, check its address by clicking it.

On the mobile application

To find your assigned workplace on the mobile application, you must:

  1. Go to the Schedule tab.

  2. View the Me sub-section.

  3. Tap the shift in question.

  4. You'll find the address of the assigned location.

  5. If a resource is assigned, tap Resources, and you'll see an address appear.

Using the resources tab

You can also find the address of one of your resources (workplaces) by going directly to the Resources tab.

On the web platform

To find the address of your resource (workplace) on the web platform:

  1. Click on the Resources tab.

  2. Identify the resource you're looking for, and the linked address will be at the end of the line.

On the mobile application

To find the address of your resource (workplace) on the mobile application:

  1. Tap the main menu.

  2. Tap Resources.

  3. Identify the desired resource.

  4. Tap it to find the address and location on the map.
