Copying the schedule is easy.
Click the Copy icon on the top-right of the scheduler.
Select the Source week in the left calendar.
Select the Destination weeks in the right calendar.
Click Copy.
Here is the detailed procedure.
Copy
Click Copy at the top-right of the agenda.
Note: When you copy, the new schedule will be in draft and won't be automatically published.
Copy options
When you click Copy, a destination calendar will show up with different options.
Select the options desired.
Choose the Source week in the left calendar (what shifts you will copy).
Select the Destination weeks in the right calendar (which weeks the schedule will be copied to).
Click Copy (bottom).
On the left, you'll see the location and positions whose schedule you're about to copy. You can change these directly in the scheduler by activating filters before copying.
You can also manage the different copying options at the bottom, such as copying resources, sub-positions, and so on.
Manage upcoming conflicts when copying
When you copy the schedule to a future date, you may create conflicts (for example, an employee usually working on Fridays has been granted time off). In these cases, Atlas Scheduling warns you of the upcoming conflict and allows you to handle it later.
Result of the copy
Once the schedule is copied, you'll be brought into the destination day (or week or month, as appropriate). All copied shifts will be surrounded by dotted lines indicating they are in draft; any conflicts you may have created can be managed from the alert centre.
