How do I share my schedule?

Sending the details of your schedule to anyone outside the Atlas platform

You may need to share the details of your upcoming schedule with someone, such as a friend or spouse. Atlas scheduling generates a URL you can send through various messaging services, such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.

1. From your mobile phone

  1. From the overview page, click your initials in the top-right corner.

  2. Click Share my schedule.

Select the program and contact you wish to send the URL through.

2. From the website

  1. From the overview page, click the action icon above your calendar.

  2. Click on Share and sync.

  3. Click the Copy share link button to copy the URL. You can then share it through messaging services or e-mail.
